If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size/color exchange, store credit, or refund within 28 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipment must take place within 28 days of receiving the order.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the www.emilioschuberth.it warehouses and the items have been inspected.
The refunded amount will be available to customers within approximately 10 days and will still be visible on their next card statement. The timeframe may vary slightly depending on the credit card used.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refundable.
